Christy Lee and the Seventh House team

We built this out of the systems we run our own agency on. Nobody here makes their living selling courses.

What people actually tell us

Four things we hear constantly

“I genuinely don't know what to charge.”

“Every client comes from a referral and then it goes quiet.”

“I'm doing all of it myself and I can't take on one more thing.”

“I have a business degree and none of it covered this.”

Every one of those comes down to information. The answers exist, they're just held by people who charge $400 an hour to share them, or who won't share them at all. I got mine through a lot of Googling, a lot of YouTube, and an embarrassing number of expensive mistakes. This is all of it written down, including the mistakes.

Where to start

Start with the one that sounds most like you

Agency owners, freelancers, in-house teams who want to run production like an agency, and business owners putting a real brand around what they've built. Everyone comes in somewhere different.

The stuck agency owner

The last time you raised your rates was over a year ago and you apologized profusely for it. Or the branding was made in Canva a decade ago and you physically cannot look at it anymore.

Start with Track 1

The freelancer, or the 9–5 side hustle

Your clients rave about your work, refer their friends, and still pay you less than their monthly makeup budget. Your onboarding is a 40-email thread. And you've been telling people you'll make it official for a while now.

Start with Track 2

The in-house marketer

You love working in-house and you have no plans to leave. You just want production, social strategy and the content process running on something better than what you've got.

Start with Track 3

The business owner

You've built the company. Now you want the brand around it: a brand voice, a proper brand kit, and a social strategy that sounds like you. You also know people want to see the founder out front, and that part still feels like a lot.

Start with Track 1

Who's teaching this

I quit with no plan and a $175,000 degree that didn't cover any of it

I left a CMO job because things were alright, and I didn't want a life where things were alright. No job lined up. No backup plan.

One client became five. Five became a full roster. We grew to 150K+ followers in just over a year, brought on national consumer brands, and built a team of nine. Then Forbes 30 Under 30 happened, which I still can't quite wrap my head around. That's my story. Yours will look different.

There is nothing extraordinarily special about me. I had to retake a math class in college. What I have is everything I wish someone had just handed me at 24, and you didn't think I'd gatekeep it, did you?

I've bought the bad version of this too

Videos, no feedback, nobody to ask, and a login I never opened again. Here's what I did differently.

Built by a working agency

These are the systems running Seventh House this week, with our real numbers still in them. We teach it because we use it every day.

You leave with the thing built

180 pages of worksheets and 12 dashboards you fill in as you go. By the time you finish a course you have a priced offer and a real pipeline sitting in front of you.

The part that doesn't end

The courses finish. Homeroom is where you are afterward: agency owners at every stage, comparing notes on the exact decision you're in the middle of. Monthly Office Hours with me. Our team in there every weekday.

The actual numbers

What we charge, what we pay people, and what we keep. Every number that usually gets answered with “it depends” is written down in here.

Start · Sell · Shoot · Scale. Nine courses grouped into four tracks, so every module builds on the one before it.

The curriculum

Every module, listed before you pay for it

Most courses only show you the curriculum after you've paid. Open any track and read ours before you spend anything.

Every course opens with a short intro and ends with a wrap-up that hands over the worksheets. We haven't counted those below, because the numbered modules are the actual teaching.

What you actually get handed

Worksheets, dashboards, and a real shoot day

The worksheet pack, printed

180 pages of worksheets, printed here so you can see how much is actually in them.

The pricing dashboard

Twelve dashboards and calculators. Put your real numbers in and you can see what the work is actually costing you.

A Content Sprint shoot day

The Content Sprint System®, shot on an actual client day: a month of content in one.

If you follow the pace

Twelve weeks, and what's different at the end of each one

Everything unlocks the day you buy. Below is the order we suggest and roughly how long it takes people. Nothing here is a deadline. Go faster if you want, or slower if life says so.

Day one

Everything unlocks

All nine courses, all 180 pages, all 12 dashboards, and the Homeroom door. Start Here is two short videos: the origin story and how to actually use this.

Weeks 1–3 · Track 1

Deciding what to charge

The pricing calculator is filled in with your real numbers. You have a true cost per client, an effective hourly rate, and an offer written down and ready to send.

Weeks 4–6 · Track 2

Building a pipeline that isn't referrals

Pitch templates actually sent. A CRM that reflects reality. You can answer “what's coming in next month” without guessing.

Weeks 7–9 · Track 3

Delivery running on a system

Onboarding stopped being a vibe and became a document. Scope stops sliding, and you've run one content sprint: a month of content in a day.

Weeks 10–12 · Track 4

Taking yourself out of the middle

A hiring scorecard, SOPs for the things only you can currently do, and a P&L that shows you what you keep.

Homeroom

You finish a course. You don't finish a business.

The courses end. There are 37 modules and one day you'll be through them, but Homeroom keeps going. It's the room you're still in a year from now, when you're re-pricing at bigger numbers, hiring your third person, or working out whether to let go of a client who pays well.

Homeroom is agency owners at every stage talking to each other. Someone posts what they're actually stuck on, and the people who have been there say what they did, what it cost them, and what they'd do differently. Our team is in there every weekday, adding to the conversation. This isn't the kind of course where we sell you something and say good luck.

First Office Hours: Friday, October 9. Live on Zoom with me, monthly after that. Free for your first 30 days with the full series, 14 days with a track. Then it's $65/month at the founding rate, and you can cancel any time from your account settings, no email or phone call needed.

Inside Homeroom

Founding members only

27 welcome kits. Because I turn 27 on October 7.

Nobody slapped a logo on a tote bag. We designed every piece, we made some of it by hand, and we're packing every box ourselves. Numbered 01 through 27. That's the whole run, and there is no batch two.

The silk scarf

The silk scarf

I designed the print myself: the astrology houses. The seventh house is the house of partnership, which is where the company name comes from.

The keychain

The keychain

One of our team made all 27 by hand, one at a time. They exist for these boxes and nowhere else, ever.

The welcome letter

The welcome letter

Printed, numbered, with your name on it. The one thing in the box I wrote by hand first.

The student ID card

The student ID

With your founding member number on it. Is it a little ridiculous? Sure. Did we do it anyway? Obviously.

Full series only · US addresses this round · ship 2–3 weeks after you order. Outside the US you get a numbered digital member card, same number.

Need to split it up?

Klarna and Afterpay are available at checkout, so you pay over time with no extra fees from us and no application. Nothing to set up on your end.

Buying through your business?

You'll get a proper receipt at checkout with your business name on it. We treat this kind of thing as professional development on our own books, but that's between you and your accountant.

Before you buy, the honest version

This is for you if…

  • You want the actual numbers: what to charge, what to pay people, what we keep, and you're tired of “it depends.”
  • You want to leave each module with something filled in.
  • You're willing to be a beginner at the business part even if you're excellent at the craft part.
  • You want a room of people building the same thing you are.

This is not for you if…

  • You want a guaranteed income figure. We don't promise outcomes, and anyone who does is selling you something else.
  • You want it done for you. This is a playbook, not an agency retainer.
  • You're looking for a viral-growth shortcut. The content course teaches a repeatable system, and it takes a few weeks to pay off.
  • You'd rather never post anything. Homeroom is most of what makes the subscription worth keeping, and it only works if people talk.
  • You need a refund option. All sales are final, which is why every module is listed above before you buy.
